Marie Royce is a diverse leader with global experience. She served as Managing Director of Global Strategic Initiatives for the Global Government and Public Affairs team of Nokia/Alcatel-Lucent, the world’s largest telecommunications equipment supplier.

Ms. Royce’ prior experience includes senior management positions at The Procter & Gamble Company, Marriott International, Choice Hotels International, and Lucent (Bell Labs)/Alcatel-Lucent/Nokia. After serving on The Board of Advisors at the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Ms. Royce taught as a Full-time Faculty Member/Professor. Marie has been decorated and honored for her leadership. Royce served on 20 non-profit and two for-profit Boards.

Marie received her Master’s in Business Administration from Georgetown University, with honors Beta Gamma Sigma, and a Bachelors in Marketing Management and Human Resources Management at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Royce and her partners created an LLC, website, and wrote a fun and informative book on workplace communication for GenderStrategy.
